NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
CAMELOT
On May 22, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., GREENSPOON MARDER, P.A., 201 E. Pine Street, Suite 500, Orlando, Florida 32801, as Trustee pursuant to that Appointment of Trustee recorded on November 17, 2014, in O.R. Book 18592, at Page 517, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, by reason of a now continuing default by Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), whose address is (See Exhibit “A”), in the payment or performance of the obligations secured by said Claim of Lien recorded in O.R. Book 18591 at Page 2674, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, including the breach or default, notice of which was set forth in a Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose provided to the last known address of Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), by Certified/Registered Mail or by publication by the undersigned Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for lawful money of the United States of America, on the front steps of the Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street Clearwater, FL 33756 , all right, title and interest in the property situated in the County of Pinellas, Florida, described as: Unit Week (SEE EXHIBIT “A”) in Time Share Unit (SEE EXHIBIT “A”) of CAMELOT, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5574, at Page 1933, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, until 12:00 Noon on the first Saturday in the year 2021, at which date said estate shall terminate, together with a remainder over in fee simple absolute, as tenants in common with the others owners of all of the unit weeks in the above-described condominium Parcel in the percentage interest determined and established by Exhibit Number 6 to the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium. 1801 Gulf Way, St. Petersburg Beach, Florida 33706 (herein “Time Share Plan (Property) Address”) Said sale will be made (without covenants, or warranty, express or implied, regarding the title, possession or encumbrances) to pay the unpaid assessments due in the amount of (See Exhibit “A”), with interest accruing at the rate of (See Exhibit “A”) per day, pursuant to the Timeshare Plan, advances, if any, under the terms of said Claim of Lien, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Claim of Lien. Obligor(s) shall have the right to cure the default and any junior lienholder shall have the right to redeem its interest up to the date the Trustee issues the Certificate of Sale by paying the amounts due as outlined in the preceding paragraph.
