NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default entered April 14, 2015 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 11203, Building XI, STONE'S THROW XI, A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 7002, Pages 206 through 322, inclusive; and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 103, Page 32, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 16, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
