NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March31, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-6148-CI-21. of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which, Thomas G. Hersem is the Plaintiff and Jack Boswell, Jr., is defendant, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 18th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LEGAL: Lot 37 and the Easterly 40 feet of Lot 38, Less the North 64 feet of said Lots 37 and 38, Savery and Moore Subdivision as shown in the map or plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 12, Page 65 of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida,
A/K/A STREET ADDRESS: 6301-145th Avenue North, Clearwater, FL 33760.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
