NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 19, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-010932-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and MICHAEL WELCH; FOX CHASE WEST CONDOMINIUM NO. 12 ASSOCIATION, INC.; FOX CHASE WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A PAULINE WELCH, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of May, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 102, OF FOX CHASE WEST CONDOMINIUM NO. 12, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 6567, PAGE 2157, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 97, PAGES 10 AND 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
