Resolution vacating the East 15 feet of the 30 foot wide right of way lying adjacent to the West boundary of Lot 29, Pinellas Groves, Plat Book 1, Page 55, located in Section 23, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
