RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 23, 2015 and entered in Case No. 14-004953-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CRMSI REMIC SERIES 2006-03 - REMIC PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-03, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM G. MYERS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 5, Block B, Shady Oak Farms, according to that certain plat as recorded in Plat Book 80, Page(s) 95 and 96, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Grantor hereby warrants that the above captioned property is not his/her homestead as defined in the Constitution of the State of Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
