NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 3, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012-5135-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is Plaintiff and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., PEDIATRIC OTOLARYNGOLOGY HEAD & NECK SURGERY ASSOCIATES, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE-DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, CASEY J. MOONEY, AMBER M. MOONEY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, Cinnamon Hill, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 30, of the Public Recorders of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
