NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, and an order rescheduling sale dated, April 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-004240-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-3, is Plaintiff and Barbara Lee, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 5, POINT TERRACE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 57 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 6835 21st Way S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
