All persons on whom this notice is served who have objections that challenge the validity of the will, the qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of this Court are required to file their objections with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
Any interested person upon whom this notice is served who intends to challenge the validity of the will, the qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the court, and all persons having claims against this estate who are served with a copy of this notice, are required to file with this court such objection or claim within the later of three months after the date of the first publication of this notice or 30 days after the date of service of a copy of this notice on that person.
Persons having claims against the estate who are not known to the personal representative and whose names or addresses are not reasonably ascertainable must file all claims against the estate within three months after the date of the first publication of this notice.
ALL CLAIMS AND OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
