NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27. 2015, and entered in Case No. 14000052CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS SHAP NR TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST GILBERT R. TRUAX, DECEASED; GILBERT R. TRUAX, DECEASED; ANNE R. TRUAX, DECEASED; GILBERT R. TRUAX TRUST; DAVID G TRUAX; JAMES TRUAX; CHRISTINE TRUAX SODERMARK: THE CITY OF PUNTA GORDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; BARBARA T. SCOTT, CLERK OF COURT CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash ONLINE AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11AM EST on the 11th day of JUNE, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:

IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
