NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-003411 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Asford C. Tappin also known as Ashford Tappin, Charlotte County, Florida, Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 18, BLOCK 3118, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 50, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGES 64A THROUGH 64F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
