NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-003697 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and Florida First Escrow Company, as Trustee under the provisions of a trust agreement dated the 1st day of January, 2002, known as the American Charitable 21298 Trust, Rod Khleif, Tenant #1 NKA Candace Mayer, Tenant #2 N/K/A Mellissa Johnson, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the American Charitable 21298 Trust, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 2 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
