NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-000127 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Florida First Escrow Company, as Trustee for the Bald Eagle Trust 3169 dated January 1, 2002, Rod Khleif, Tenant #1 NKA Riley J. Lincoln III, Tenant #2 NKA Melinda M. Morgan, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Bald Eagle Trust 3169 dated January 1, 2002, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 25 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
