NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-004013 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and NATASHA L. WARD; FIFTH THIRD BANK (SOUTH FLORIDA); UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KERRY MOORE, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on June 1, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK E, BROOKSIDE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 3, PLAT N0.2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
