NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-001301 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Lasalle Bank National Association, As Trustee, On Behalf Of The Holders Of The Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Wmalt Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Lynda Watts, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Windstar Condominium Section One Association, Inc., Windstar on Naples Bay Master Association, Inc., Windward Cay Homeowner's Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 26 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
