NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA-CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on June 1, 2015at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 27, Golf Cottages at Wyndemere, Phase II according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 53, et seq., of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; together with the East 30 feet of Outlot 1 of Golf Cottages at Wyndemere, Phase II, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 53, et seq., of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, said parcel being more particularly described as follows: Bounded on the East by the Westerly lot line of Lot 27 of said plat, bounded on the North and South by the respective lot lines of Outlot 1 and bounded on the West by a line parallel to and 30 fee West of the Westerly lot line of Lot 27 of said plat.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
