NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-000977-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Joeli Espejo, Deceased, Dante Espejo, Edwin Espejo, Lori Lynn Greco, Maripi Espejo, Ronald Espejo, et al are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 26 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 32, BLOCK 89, OF MARCO BEACH, UNIT THREE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 17 THROUGH 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 183 MAJORCA CIRCLE, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
