SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A, is the Plaintiff and Nelida F. Rodriguez, Tenant #1 n/k/a Jaya Badilla, Tenant #3 n/k/a Julaza Ladya, Tenant #4 n/k/a A. Raul Rubio, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 26 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
