NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2008CA-004369 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Yolanda Patricia Sanchez, Jane Doe, John Doe, Joselino Sanchez a/k/a Jose L Sanchez, Sandy Cortez, Unknown Spouse Of Sandy Sanchez, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 1st day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 4, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 81, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
