NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2015, and entered in 112013CA0011790001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 , is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER S. SHEPHERD A/K/A CHRISTOPHER SHEPHERD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER S. SHEPHERD A/K/A CHRISTOPHER SHEPHERD; DIDI M. SHEPHERD A/K/A DIDI SHEPHERD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIDI M. SHEPHERD A/K/A DIDI SHEPHERD; BARBARA R. STURM; DAVID A. STURM are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL, at 11:00 AM, on May 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 165 FEET OF TRACT 56, GOLDEN GATES ESTATES, UNIT 34, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
