NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, and entered in 11-2013-CA-003433-00 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE1, is the Plaintiff and RYAN TEWIS A/K/A RYAN E. TEWIS; ANGELA WHITED A/K/A ANGELA TEWIS A/K/A ANGELA N. TEWIS A/K/A ANGELA N. WHITED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RYAN TEWIS A/K/A RYAN E. TEWIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA WHITED A/K/A ANGELA TEWIS A/K/A ANGELA N. TEWIS A/K/A ANGELA N. Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL, at 11:00 AM, on May 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK D, LONGSHORE LAKE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 83 THROUGH 85, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
