NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004228 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff and Andres Villegas A/K/A Andres J. Villegas, Damaris Silva A/K/A Damaras S. Silva, Bonnie S. Umlor Trustee of the Bonnie S. Umlor Trust, Clerk of Court Collier County Florida, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Acting Solely as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Lolita Rios, are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 26 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 150 feet of Tract 109, Golden Gate Estates, Unit 76 according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 13 and 14, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Street Address: Unit 76 E 150 of TR 109, Naples, FL 34120
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
