CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT #B111, HENDERSON CREEK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDEVELOPED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 945, PAGES 781 THROUGH 844, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Suzanne M.
