Notice is hereby given that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-0008080001 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-18, is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR MCKENZIE, BLB TRADING, LLC and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARTHUR MCKENZIE, are Defendants, Dwight E. Brock as Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse located in the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 26 day of May, 2015, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 27, PARK SHORE UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More Commonly Known as: 509 Neapolitian Way, Naples, FL 34103.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
