NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Plaintiff's Order of Substitution of Counsel and Rescheduling Judicial Sale entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor. Lobby, Naples, FL 34112 on the 28 day of May, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Sec 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, the following property:
Lot 26, BANYAN WOODS, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 93-97, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
