NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 0901472CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Paul Long, Unknown Spouse of Paul Long nka Jody Long , are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 26 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF TRACT 39, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 195, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
