NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-000439 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH K. MITCHELL; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; GARY MITCHELL; DONNA C. ZDANIS A/K/A DONNA ZDANIS; STEVEN O. MITCHELL A/K/A STEVEN MITCHELL are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL, at 11:00 AM, on May 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 120, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT NO.4, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 107 TO 116 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
