NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 30, 2015 in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-000371 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and NANCY L. COVONE, LEWIS A. COVONE, M.L. SHAPIRO, TRUSTEE OF THE WATERSWAY REO 3393 TRUST, UNKNOWN TRUSTEES, SETTLORS AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE WATERSWAY REO 3393 TRUST, CITRUS GREENS AT ORANGE TREE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., ORANGE TREE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION , THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 NKA KURT CLAPPER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 NKA TRICIA CLAPPER,, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26 day of May, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 79, WATERSWAYS OF NAPLES UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages 71 to 74 inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
