NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001463 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC DBA Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, Or Against, Ruth D. Moak A/K/A Ruth Dorothy Moak A/K/A Ruth Copeland Moak, Deceased; United States Of America, Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development; Robert Russell Coates, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Ruth D. Moak A/K/A Ruth Dorothy Moak A/K/A Ruth Copeland Moak, Deceased; And William Clayton Coates A/K/A William Coates, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Ruth D. Moak A/K/A Ruth Dorothy Moak A/K/A Ruth Copeland Moak, Deceased AND Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest In Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
