Moak A/K/A Ruth Dorothy Moak A/K/A Ruth Copeland Moak, Deceased; United States Of America, Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development; Robert Russell Coates, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Ruth D. Moak A/K/A Ruth Dorothy Moak A/K/A Ruth Copeland Moak, Deceased; And William Clayton Coates A/K/A William Coates, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Ruth D.
