NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the dated the 29 day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-3571, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LOIS EUGENIA SMITH TIMOTHY JON SMITH SR; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) A/K/A ROBERT ROBINSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 26 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 9, TOWN OF EVERGLADES, FLORIDA AS PER THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
