NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004887 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Ana Aguilar, John Holland, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21st of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 41, MANATEE PALMS, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
