NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2014, and entered in 11-2011-CA-004335-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and VICTOR A. VELASQUEZ, SR.; SONIA M. VELASQUEZ; AVE MARIA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; EMERSON PARK AT AVE MARIA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on May 28, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, AVE MARIA UNIT 8, EMERSON PARK ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 41 THROUGH 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
