NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001445-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiFinancial Services, Inc. d/b/a CitiFinancial Equity Services, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation is the Plaintiff and Louise M. Hilliker; Unknown Spouse of Louise M. Hilliker; Unknown Tenant #I; Unknown Tenant #2; Harbor Lakes of Naples, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the May 28, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN UNIT OF LAND IN, COLLIER COUNTY, STATE OF FL, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS APARTMENT NO. 6, GROUP B, HARBOR LAKES OF NAPLES, INC. A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 352, PAGE 610 THROUGH 631, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS PERTAINING THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS PERTAINING THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
