NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2015, and an order rescheduling sale dated, April 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA003508AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR -IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. F/K/A JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff and Jeremy K. Brawner, a/k/a Jeremy Brawner, et al., are the Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 4th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block G, FRESH MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 47 through 50, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
