NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002647 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Saundra S. Mohr; Unknown Spouse of Saundra S. Mohr; John A. Mohr; Unknown Spouse of John A. Mohr; Merida Gonzalez Bascoy; Unknown Spouse of Merida Gonzalez Bascoy; Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignee Lienors, Creditors and Trustees of Rene Montenegro, Deceased; Michael Montenegro, Heir; Lauren Montenegro, Minor Heir; Nancy Montenegro; Unknown Spouse of Nancy Montenegro; Nancy Montenegro, Heir; Guillermo Pena; Unknown Spouse of Guillermo Pena; Carmen Pena; Unknown Spouse of Carmen Pena; If living, including any unknown spouse of said defendant(S), if remarried, and if deceased, the respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and Trustees, and all other persons claiming y, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); Citifinancial Auto LTD, Inc., (MN) f/k/a Arcadia Financial LTD., Inc.; Capital One Bank; Nancy Montenegro as Natural Parent of Lauren Montenegro; whether dissolved or presently existing, together with any grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, or trustees of said defendant(s) and all other persons claiming by, through, under, or against Defendant(s); Carmen Pena are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on May 28, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF TRACT 9, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 81, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
