NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 1, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-000616 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 28 day of May, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH HALF OF TRACT #30 FROM AN UNRECORDED PLAT, MORE OR LESS, BEGINNING AT SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 12, NORTH 2482.50 FEET TO POINT BEING POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 49'45” WEST 1364.32 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 13'30” EAST 165.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 49'45” EAST FOR 1363.97 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 165.00 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING IN SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPTING THE EAST 30 FEET THEREOF
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
