NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 30, 2015, in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of this Circuit Court, will sell the following property, situated in Collier County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 10102, Forest Lakes IV, a Condominium and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in O.R. Book 602, Pages 1181 through 1213, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.

at public sale on May 28, 2015, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 a.m. EST on the prescribed date, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
