NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014CA006150AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and SUSAN BRABAZON-POOLE; CACH, LLC; CAVALIER CORPORATION; CHASE BANK USA N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A KEITH HEATHER, are Defendants.

From the N.E. corner of the N.E. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 18, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, run thence W 614.75 feet; thence South 1321 feet; thence S 89 degrees 48'20” E along the occupied South line of N.E. 1/4 of N.W. 1/4, a distance of 96.95 feet for a P.O.B. continue thence S 89 degrees 48'20” E, a distance of 80.05 feet; thence N 01 degrees 46'53” W, a distance of 122.00 feet; thence N 89 degrees 48'20” W, a distance of 80.05 feet; thence S 01 degrees 46'53” E, a distance of 122.00 feet to a Point of Beginning.
