NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA002461AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and JOSE YBARRA A/K/A JOSE G. YBARRA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE YBARRA A/K/A JOSE G. YBARRA; SYNOVUS BANK, are defendants. R.B. 'chips' Shore, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 28th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 7, GARDEN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
