UNIT 104, FAIRWAY TRACT AT PERIDIA II, A LAND CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1324, PAGES 1829 THROUGH 1942 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 25, PAGES 117 THROUGH 139, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 28, PAGES 76 THROUGH 88 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Nelson A. Perez, Butler & Hosch, P.A., 3185 South Conway Road, Suite E, Orlando, Florida 32812 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
