Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on April 23, 2015 in Case No.: 15-CC-21, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which OAKLEY PLACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are DESHANE J. COLLINS and LATRONYA D. COLLINS, husband and wife. R.B. “CHIPS” Shore, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on May 28, 2015 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 48, OAKLEY PLACE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 46 through 56, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
