BEGIN AT A POINT WHERE THE DIVIDING LINE BETWEEN LOTS 21 AND 22 OF BLOCK 54, WHITFIELD ESTATES ON SARASOTA BAY, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, INTERSECTS THE NORTHERLY LINE OF PEARL AVENUE AND RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF PEARL AVENUE A DISTANCE OF 30 FEET TO A POINT; RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE LINE DIVIDING LOTS 21 AND 22 AFORESAID TO THE MOST NORTHERLY LINE OF LOT 21 AFORESAID; THENCE RUN SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE DIVIDING LOTS 21, 16 AND 15, BLOCK 54, AFORESAID TO THE LINE DIVIDING LOTS 21 AND 22 IN THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
