NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment dated February 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-007671-AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and DENVER C. STOVER III AKA DENVER C. STOVER, ET AL, are the Defendant's, R.B. “CHIPS” Shore, Manatee County Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 A.M. on May 27, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, OAK VIEW, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 21 THROUGH 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
