NOTICE IS HEREBY GNEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-052169 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee for CMSI REMIC Series 2008-01 REMIC Pass-Through Certificates Series 2008-01 is the Plaintiff and Frank P. Hubbard a/k/a Frank Pierce Hubbard; Bonnie D. Sealey; SunTrust Bank
are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the August 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH RANGE 25 EAST WHICH TRACT OR PARCEL IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID FRACTION OF A SECTION RUN N 01Ëš 44' 10” WEST ALONG THE EAST LINE THEREOF FOR 1250.03 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89° 46' 10” WEST, PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION FOR 1409.06 FEET, TO A POINT OF CURVATURE; THENCE RUN WESTERLY AND NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE CURVE TO THE RIGHT OF RADIUS 150 FEET FOR 231. 68 FEET TO A POINT OF TANGENCY; THENCE RUN NORTH 01Ëš 44' 10” WEST, PARALLEL WITH SAID, EAST LINE FOR 339.26 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

FROM SAID P.O.B. CONTINUE NORTH 01° 44' 10” WEST, PARALLEL WITH THE SAID EAST LINE FOR 75 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 88° 15' 50” WEST PERPENDICULAR TO SAID EAST LINE TO THE WATERS, OF A BOAT CANAL; THENCE RUN SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID WATERS TO AN INTERSECTION WITH A LINE PERPENDICULAR TO THE SAID EAST LINE, PASSING THROUGH THE P,O.B.; THENCE, RUN NORTH 88° 15' 50” EAST ALONG THE SAID LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING BEING LOT 28, BLOCK 7 OF UNRECORDED UNIT NO. 1, IMPERIAL SHORES.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
