Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, LINDA DOGGETT, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, will, on June 8, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as follows:
Lot 25, Block 4, GULF HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, per map or plat thereof filed and recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 39, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
Plaintiffs attorney requests that the Notice of Foreclosure Sale shall be published in the shed in the Business Observer a newspaper circulated in Lee County, Florida.
