Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 27 day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CC-4911 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SANDOVAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY C. SASO, LISA K. SASO, and COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., HOLDER OF JUDGMENT RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2009000079243, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA ON 3/26/09 .are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of May, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 46, Block 7070, of Sandoval Phase 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 79, Page(s) 15-31, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
