BACHMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT BACHMAN A/K/A ROBERT A. BACHMAN N/K/A JUDITH A. BACHMAN; PELOTON, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on June 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 29 AND 30, BLOCK 1523, UNIT 17, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 23 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
