NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051929, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE3 MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE3 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CAROL CUMMINGS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN N/K/A MERLYS MUNOZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MARIA A. PEREZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A KHOI Q. DUONG; UNKNOWN TENANT #4 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A LENA DUONG, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 28 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59 AND 60, BLOCK 1143, UNIT 23, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
