NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-051673 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I, LLC BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KATHLEEN A. MCCONNELL A/K/A KATHLEEN ANNE MCCONNELL A/K/A KATHLEEN ANNE JEWETT MCCONNELL, DECEASED; KAREN MCCONNELL-BROWN ; MAUREEN MCCONNELL-FOREMAN are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 43, UNIT 11, SECTION 16, LEHIGH ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
