NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-055842 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA16 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA16 is the Plaintiff and John D. Mills; Unknown Spouse of John D. Mills; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the July 29, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK A, VALENCIA COURT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 77, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
